Once upon a time, you and your friends were peacefully resting in a magical, deep slumber…
Until one day, a magical vine fairy came to wake you up – as the Garden Lands became corrupted and in need of saving!
The catch is… in order to grant you its powers, the fairy needs to tangle with you, or you and your partner!

You can’t get too far away, nor get too close to your partner, but that can work to your advantage, depending on your weapons of choice!
Work together, and you might just be the plant to save the Garden Lands… and return to its slumber before lunchtime 🙂

So what’s the gameplay like?

• Many vine-related mechanics, but most importantly – having no choice but to stay close and plan ahead!
• The Ping-Pong weapon cooldown – along the vine travel flowers, and those flowers let you attack – the longer the vine, the slower your attacks!
• Many, many flavourful builds – powerful combos and synergies, like unleashing multiple inflated Pumpkin Bombs causing massive Frosty Mayo explosions, or evolving your Strawberry Rod into a crit-hit monster engulfing enemies in Spicy Sauce flames!
• Chaotic challenges – Survive scenarios like entangling forests, slippery ice floors, and shifting lava walls, each with special conditions such as getting frozen and needing to be dragged by your partner, all while facing moldy elite enemies carrying shiny treasures and formidable bosses.
• True, demanding co-op! That’s what sets Vinebound apart from most – not only are attacks influenced by your partner, but you must also work together to open treasures faster, strategically pick drops, combine builds and revive each other amidst overwhelming odds. It’s about cultivating your synergy, even if it requires chaotic communication and a few screams.
